The Cisco Meraki MR30H is a cloud-managed quad-radio 2×2:2 802.11ac Wave 2 wall switch access point that supports MU-MIMO. The MR30H is intended for next-generation deployments in hotel rooms, university residences, and other multi-dwelling units, and it offers performance, enterprise-grade security, and simple management. The MR30H has a maximum aggregate frame rate of 1.3 Gbps* with concurrent 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz radios. A third radio is dedicated to real-time WIDS/WIPS with automated RF optimization. The wall switch’s four ethernet ports make it simple to connect external wired devices. A Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) radio integrated into the device provides beacon and scanning capabilities.

With concurrent 802.11ac Wave 2 and 802.11n 3×3:3 MIMO radios, the MR42E offers a maximum frame rate of 1.9 Gbps, as well as security and spectrum visibility via a third radio dedicated to 24×7 WIDS/WIPS and automated RF optimization. Beacon functionality and BLE device scanning are provided by an integrated Bluetooth low energy (BLE) radio.
